International delivery

Delivery to Ukraine has been temporarily suspended until further notice, due to the unfolding events in the area. We are closely monitoring the situation and will do all we can to resume delivery into the country as soon as possible.

Russia

Due to recent developments, shipping carriers have halted their services to Russia. We have therefore temporarily suspended shipping to the country.

UK RETURNS

Playful Promises wants you to buy with confidence and wear with even more! We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase, subject to our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Use our Evri Returns Portal where you'll be asked to input our name, Playful Promises, along with your order number before selecting your reason for return. Then you'll need to choose a return method and, depending on the option, you'll either receive a label to print at home for drop off or collection, or a QR code to take to your local Parcelshop or Locker.
2. Please keep hold of your Evri receipt or proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. This helps us quickly trace your parcel and resolve any issues should there be a delay in its journey
3.  Post your return within 28 days of delivery. 
4. All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Hosiery, bodystockings and toys cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. For faulty or incorrect items, please email customer services before returning.
5. Be sure to try on briefs over your own lingerie as we will not accept any returns that are worn or soiled.
6. When purchasing products in our bra and free brief promotions. Should you wish to return the bra, the brief must be included to obtain your full refund.
7. Please note we do deduct a £4 processing fee from your final return amount.

Please allow approximately 10 days from the receipt of returns for the goods to be checked and refunds processed. We do not offer exchanges, please re-order the sizes required.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return.

We are unable to action exchanges for international customers, therefore, you may return the item for a refund and place another order. 

Cancelling an order

Should you change your mind regarding an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our orders automatically start being processed within 15 minutes of being placed, with an aim for same/next day dispatch, therefore we are sometimes unable to pull an order from the warehouse. Contact us as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to help!
